Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will manage client accounts, oversee contract terms, and serve as a primary contact for customers. This role involves collaborating across departments to meet client needs and handling contract-related matters with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large client accounts, providing high-level customer service and support.
- Act as a department liaison to facilitate client orders, logistics, and contract details.
- Administer contract preparation, negotiation, and compliance for standard and custom agreements.
- Respond to client inquiries and manage concerns, including monthly on-call duties.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and consistent follow-up.
- Occasionally travel (4-5 times per year) for client meetings and to foster relationship-building.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in customer service and 1-2 years in account management (not call center-based).
- Industry Background: Experience in aerospace is preferred, but transferable skills from other industries are welcome.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (Siteline experience preferred).
